RE: ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PEOPLE OF WISCONSIN

***EAU CLAIRE, WI. – Candidate for Lt. Governor Kyle Yudes released the following statement regarding elected officials upholding the constitution and their oath of office:

“Wisconsin currently has legislators and other elected officials running for office that have flagrantly allowed our unalienable rights to be violated over the past two years and have soiled their name and honor by betraying the public trust. They campaign on how they will now stand up and fight for the rights of We the People, yet they refused to defend our freedom when it was unlawfully stolen from us in March of 2020. Next to life itself, our freedom is the most important thing to defend, and they neglected to uphold their oath of office and defend our Constitutionally protected rights. The people of Wisconsin are fed up with politics as normal. It is time to take an honest, common sense approach to the issue of failing to uphold the oath of office, and truly serve the people of Wisconsin instead of bowing down to party politics.”

I am making a public pledge to the people of Wisconsin. I fully expect that should I fail in this agreement with the people, that I will be held accountable by the media, elected officials, and most importantly the people of Wisconsin. In a world of talking points, empty promises, and double standards, I will continue to put action to what I say. I challenge anyone running for public office to join me in this pledge to the people of Wisconsin.

My Pledge to the People of Wisconsin

I Kyle Yudes, pledge to the People of Wisconsin and before my Creator, that I shall uphold my sworn oath and/or affirmation of office which states I shall support the United States Constitution and the laws of Wisconsin and faithfully discharge the duties of my respective office to the best of my ability.

If I am made aware of a public servant acting in dishonor of their sworn oath and/or affirmation of office, I shall immediately make it known to the public servant. If after seven calendar days, the public servant has not rectified their behavior, I shall immediately bring forth evidence of their violation/s to the People of Wisconsin.

Furthermore, If I Kyle Yudes, as your public servant am presented with truth, fact, and evidence of violating my sworn oath and/or affirmation and pledge to you, the people of Wisconsin, I shall step down from my office within seven calendar days.

I Kyle Yudes pledge to establish Justice, promote the general Welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
