How to Create an Affidavit 

Fill out an Affidavit of Truth against your Employer, Business, Governor, any corrupt Public Servant including School Superintendents or anyone who is violating your rights. Give them 21 days to rebut. If unrebutted then file with the District or County Court Clerk and request a hearing for a summary judgement. An unrebutted Affidavit stands as fact in court because they tacitly agreed.

NOTE: Pre covid we would typically write the presumptive letter and give 14 business day time frame but because of our Covid and the sense of urgency we are bypassing the presumptive letter and going straight to the Affidavit/Declaration of Truth and Fact.

Send your notarized copy of your Affidavit to the D.O.J. at:

Washington D.C. 20530-0001

Send a notarized copy of your Affidavit via registered mail with return receipt to the public servant

You may also hire a process server, but is more expensive than USPS

Once the 21 days have passed:

Take a copy to your County Sheriff showing that they tacitly agreed by un-rebutting. An unrebutted Affidavit stands as fact in court because they tacitly agreed.

Go to your District or County Court Clerk and request a hearing for a Summary Judgement to provide evidence that they tacitly agreed by not responding.

If your employer asks you personal health questions or you feel threatened:

You can use this to invoke your rights. Every situation is different so please use discernment with what you do and say. But remember, the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and mandates are not law since they have not gone through the Legislature and are unenforceable. Additionally, laws that are unconstitutional are null and void and do not have to be followed.

Marbury v. Madison (1803) Anything repugnant to the Constitution is no law, has no force of law and can be ignored!

Print this and show your boss the following employee or customer rights they will be violating:

  1. 1st Amendment: Protects freedom of Religion.

  2. 4th Amendment: Protects their Property, which is their rights and bodies.

  3. 14th Amendment: Shall not deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

  4. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990: Protects the health of anyone who has a medical condition and that contradicts the wearing of a mask.

  5. Civil Rights Act of 1964: Outlaws discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

If your employer continues to harass, intimidate threaten or coerce you:

START RECORDING ON YOUR PHONE - HAND THEM YOUR FLYERS - ASK THEM FOR THEIR BUSINESS CARD OR BEGIN WRITING DOWN THEIR NAME, TITLE, DATE AND TIME OF DAY.

TELL THEM THIS:

The law states, "You shall NOT discriminate against an employee or customer, or force unlawful terms of employment or patronage.

Should any employee or customer suffer:

a) infringement or discrimination of their unalienable rights, or

b) adverse health effects due to mask wearing, or forced injection you may be held criminally and civilly liable and will be subject to lawsuits holding you privately and officially accountable.

I am WARNING you to not proceed any further. You are attempting to deprive me of my rights under the color of law and are also committing an act of domestic terrorism by attempting to “intimidate or coerce” me .

If they threaten to call the police, inform them that you are notifying the county Sheriff then proceed to contact your Sheriff's office.
