How much will it cost me to have a member of the Constitutional Law Group take my case?

We NEVER charge a retainer and choose to defend People of the United States of America regardless of their ability to pay.

  • We do ask that you pay for the filing fees, when necessary.  Those monies do not go to us.

Lawyers that work with the Constitutional Law Group do not usually charge fees, but accept donations instead.

As needed, we can use income from our We the People Fund which is money that is given to us by your fellow Americans that love the men and women of the United States of America and the Constitution (Law) of our republic and one nation under God.

What is the Difference between Constitutional Assistance of Counsel and a Licensed B.A.R. Member Attorney?

The 6th Amendment of the Constitution provides for Assistance of Counsel.  This was the founder's solution for citizens to be robustly defended, based upon Constitutional Law.

What is a "BAR Attorney"?

  • The B.A.R. stands for British Accredited Registry.
  • It is NOWHERE to be found in the Constitution.
  • The B.A.R. did not become a fixture in the United States until 1909 in Chicago, Illinois.
  • B.A.R. attorneys take an OATH to DEFEND the COURT.
  • They are taught "Contractual Law."

What is an "Assistance of Counsel"?

  • ANYONE that you choose to DEFEND you and your God-given and Constitutionally Protected Rights
  • They should be EXPERTS in Constitutional Law
  • They have NOT sworn an oath to "Defend the Court", they are there to DEFEND YOU instead.

Can I be putting myself at risk by choosing a BAR attorney? How can I know?

There are many thousands of fine BAR attorneys.

Can a State Licensed BAR Attorney also be a Constitutional Assistance of Counsel?

Yes, but the problem lies in the OATH they have sworn to protect the Court.

If their defense of YOU puts the Court in JEOPARDY, they will be in violation of their oath, and the result could be that they are "DISBARRED."

So, being a Licensed State Attorney with a BAR membership and becoming "disbarred" does not necessarily mean that the attorney was wrong or immoral.  It could mean that he chose to defend his "We the People", which would be his Constitutional MANDATE, instead of Defending the BRITISH COURT.

THE PROBLEM WITH OATHS

The BIGGEST problem with a BAR attorney is the oath.  The COURT can be your enemy.  You need to be defended "from all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC" and the unfortunate reality si your enemies can be police, politicians, bailiffs and judges.

A Constitutional, 6th Amendment Assistance of Counsel is there to defend YOU from ALL of them.

How Can I Become a Constitutional Assistance of Counsel and Join the Constitutional Law Group?

To become a Constitutional Assistance of Counsel, you'll not succeed if you don't possess the following innate qualities:

  • have a CONVICTION regarding the PRIMACY of the Constitution
  • be able to STAND under CONTINUAL criticism, disdain, and unfair attacks
  • be able to clearly articulate your knowledge (arguments in court)

The Constitutional Law Group has a test that you must pass to be able to join the group.

For the basics, to be able to pass it, you must:

  • become an EXPERT in the KNOWLEDGE of the Constitution
  • affirm to DEFEND and PROTECT "We the People"
  • be far better than average with the English language
