  • If they have not followed through the chain of command, do not respond, or ignore your calls, send a 72 Hour Notice informing them that they are in dereliction of duty, and that you will seek to be made whole through filing a claim against their indemnity bond.
"Freedom of Information" request instructions.

Anything in a red font should be changed to black font. Remove the word “Date” and enter the Month, Day, and Year. Enter the Certificate Mailing Number (A certificate of mailing provides evidence that you sent an item when you say you did) We recommend mailing registered mail with a return receipt, so you have evidence that they received your document. Remove the words Name, Address, City, State, Zip, then enter your NameAddress, City, State, Zip. Specify which office you are sending it to: Secretary or Treasurer then delete the other office. After the word Greetings, enter the name of the person in charge of the Legal Affairs Division. (You will either need to look this up on the internet or call them) Where it says Printed Name you will print your full name. If you are mailing the FOIA and getting it notarized, you will need to sign in front of the Notary where it says Signature. If you are not mailing it then delete everything under your signature and delete the Certificate of Mailing # in black at the top right.

Information about Indemnity Bonds

You have the option to deliver the Notice to Sheriff Notarized or Anonymously. You may also send this via registered mail with a return receipt.

Words of Encouragement

We are hearing from individual patriots all across the country who are talking with county prosecutors and sheriffs, many of whom are open to discussion such as this feedback we just received today:

“Amazing! I just got off the phone with Detective XXX regarding the Proposed Indictment. He has opened up a case at XXX County Prosecutor’s Office which goes into the system. I should get a letter within the next week or two on their findings.”

Thanks to all of you who participated in the St Valentine’s Day, “For our Love of Freedom” national call to action, we have set off another national call to action! The very first national call to action was a big success! We the People successfully sent shock waves across the country through our corrupt judicial system, and effectively put our elected officials and unelected bureaucrats on notice that we will no longer tolerate their criminal or unlawful actions. As a result of our national call to action and your great efforts, we have received feedback from county prosecutors and sheriffs all across this nation asking questions, wanting to dig deeper, and have utilized the info we provided to educate themselves, call meetings, and begin criminal investigations into those who have committed crimes against humanity.
