I am battling Washington State, I’m a restaurant owner/chef who didn’t follow any mandates, didn’t comply…I knew from day 1 it was a scamdemic. The liquor board pulled my license, I continued to do business carefully… but was searched, and go to court next week for 2 gross misdemeanors. I will continue to stand for my constitutional rights and not let bureaucratic overreach win!

I left Washington state over 25 years ago due to the corruption thru family courts. Every single thing the courts did was blatant disregard for our constitution. I had attorneys even try to point these things out to those within the king county courts, but they literally just laughed at us and went in their merry way as if the constitution did not even exist.

IN AZLE TEXAS EARLIER TODAY AT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE ON FEDERAL PROPERTY AFTER BEING BIRD DOGGED & STALKED BY 2 AZLE POLICE OFFICERS WHILE GETTING OUT AT THE POST OFFICE I WAS PLACED IN HAND CUFFS GIVEN 2 CITATIONS & 2 WARNINGS THEN THE 2 STOLE THE NON COMMERCIAL PLATES I HAD MADE OFF MY CAR & TOOK 2 PLATES OUT OF THE PASSENGER SEAT, THEY SAID THEY HAD TO CONFISCATE THEM FOR INVESTATION
I WAS FINALLY RELEASED & THEN I WENT TO THE POLICE STATION & DEMANDED MY STOLEN PROPERTY BACK & I WAS TOLD BY THEIR SUPERVISOR THAT THEY ARE BEING HELD FOR THE INVESTAGATION.
I WANT TO PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THEM FOR THEFT & BOTH OFFICERS FOR USING THE 2 POLICE CAR PURSUIT LIGHTS WITHOUT ANY EMERCENCY ! HELP!?!?

I have some important information on the subject of Registration, Motor Vehicle, Commercial, Sel-propelled, Motor Carrier I’d like to share.
84 STAT. ] PUBLIC LAW 91-605-DEC. 31, 1970 1713
(c) (1) Section 302(a) of the Clean Air Act is amended to read as
follows:
“(a) The term ‘Administrator’ means the Administrator of the
Environmental Protection Agency.”
(2) The Clean Air Act is amended by striking out “Secretary”
wherever it appears (except in reference to the Secretary of a department other than the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare)
and inserting in lieu thereof “Administrator”; by striking out “Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare” wherever it appears, and
inserting in lieu thereof “Administrator”; and by striking out
“Department of Health, Education, and Welfare” wherever it appears,
and inserting in lieu thereof “Environmental Protection Agency”.
SEC. 120. Section 37 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1968 is

title 23, United States Code, and (2) which cannot submit the required
constitutional amendment for ratification prior to July 1, 1970, the
date of July 1, 1970, contained in subsection (a) of this section shall
be extended to July 1, 1972.”

Class B – Valid for the operation of A vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating ….
Class C – Valid for the operation of A vehicle, other than a motorcycle, ….
Class D – Valid for the operation of a motor vehicle as a chauffeur. ….
Class A and B driver’s licenses SHALL ONLY BE issued as commercial driver’s licenses.
Class C and M driver’s licenses MAY BE ISSUED as commercial driver’s licenses.
A driver’s license is not valid for the operation of a vehicle requiring an endorsement unless the driver’s license is endorsed for the vehicle.
A class D driver’s license IS ALSO VALID AS A noncommercial class C driver’s license.
The holder of a commercial driver’s license is not required to obtain a class D driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle as a chauffeur.

Rick, I need some advice, help anything, the people and I of the corrupt corporation called Sioux City, IA. the deputies sheriffs along with their R.I.C.O. partner Stockton towing, are stealing Privately Owned Automobiles and personnel property from inside. The police DO NOT tow vehicles, but the sheriff’s do and they call ONE towing company, no matter if you’re 20 miles out of the city limits and theirs a towing company closer. December 10, 2020, detained, kidnapped, towed my car, next day, 11th, refused to hand over my car, says i need a license, insurance and registration. Refused me to go in my car, to go near my car to get over $2,500 of property out. I call to talk with the deputy incharge of the tow, he’s not in but she will have him call me within 10 minutes. Im standing at glass window in the office, a cell phone rings, a drive in the office answers, he says, hello…yeah he’s……no……no, she’s not going to let him take it off this lot…..yeah, she told him he’s not go near that car..a few seconds more they ended the call. On March 18, I called Stocktons lawyer, around 10 am, asked him why his clients refuse to release my car? He asked, why dont i just pay towing and impound fee? I said, thats not what your clients are asking for!..Is this a good # to call you back, he asked, ill call them and call you right back…NEVER CALLED BACK
on the receipt, reason for tow: POLICE…my car was held in S. Sioux City Ne.

I’ve got a long story to tell about being scared for my life, so scared I was in freeze mode . I stayed over and over I was afraid for my life wile locked inside my van with the window cracked on feb 11 22 . I was profiled by an officer who said he remembered me from a previous stop a year before …. I was told I didn’t have my turn signal on at a left hand turn red light behind another driver turning left as well . My signal was on . Anyway I was afraid of them there were a lot of them pointing their guns at me . I was scared they didn’t care busted my wife’s van window and sprayed me and my 4 kids car seats with bear mase . Like 30 oz. Of it . They then opened the door and forced me out the vehicle. I was pushed to the back of the van there wasn’t anyone in the way . I was afraid still and I started to walk fast and pick up speed I was shot with a taser in back wich made me paralyzed for a half hour. After being tazed they yelled and said quit resisting they layed on the back of my kneck wile another one kicked or hit me in the back forcing my face to cut open threw my nostril. They refused to provide the tapes and then found a reasons to drop all charges and let me take charges from previous run in . Can someone please help .
