I wud love to ask you if it’s constitutionally legal when laws are written by a governor of a state, and passed by the legislature… specifically when a voter backed initiative is already passed on the topic, by the will Of the people but then the governor comes in and usurps that law by writing his own that is more stringent. As well in his law, he then passes rule making authority over to a department within the state gov, that begins adding more rules. To me that seem to be a sneaky underhanded way to pass a law that people have to adhere to that they don’t have to pass thru normal constitutional methods I.e our legislative branch. Is that even legal under our constitution? I’ve always wondered about this as I see governors writing laws which often usurp a law that’s already been dealt with on the issue.

I had a gun case I had dismissed that ruined my life in 2019 and recently learned of the bonds I had on this case considering it was a felony indictment that I won in court. I have a right to recoup of the lost time, kidnapping charges for 55 hrs in county along with thousands of dollars spent in court I deserve recoupment. My name is Autumn, in Aug. of 2018 san Bernadino county CFS came to my house and stole my two older boys. took them, then left them alone all night… locked in the social workers office in the CFS building. they where 9 and 7 at the time. they had to knock on the window located on the office door to get yhe attention of the security guard in order for him to let them out an use the bathroom. The alligations at first, was i didnt take them to see their doctor, but since i actually had taken them the day they where stolen, and showed proof and signed doctors notes. when court came, they changed it to me and their father having “unresolved substance abuse issues” let be very clear, i, nor does the father of my children have a drug issue.. ever. they based this off of a charge that their father had been arrested for BEFORE they where born, it was for under the influence, that turned into a 10 year old warrant, he couldnt afford to pay $1000 for the class they said he had to do. as for me i was arrested once in my life before my children where born, i was 19 years old. i was arrested for theft, felony possession of a deadly weapon (butterfly knife) and possession of a “dangerous drug” (which was a lie). the weapon and drug possession where dropped and i was only charges with theft. i did two years probation, paid my fines and have never been in criminal trouble again. the father has never been arrested or in trouble either after his one time arrest. so they based their alligtion of “unresolved substance abuse issues ” based on something i was never actually charged with and a one time arrest of possession for their father. The “social worker” whom detained my boys did so with a fake warrant, she some how aquired it for victorville court house juvenile DELINQUENCY court. Which i still have. She also possesed no legal authority to take my two older boys. in California law says – only a licensed clinical socail worker (LCSW) or a peace office may detain a child from a parent. if they eye witnessed a crime (phsyical abuse , sexual abuse or neglect) the parent committed against the child or they have an eye witness with a written affidavit stating they witnessed the crime. now of course they dont fallow their own laws… fast forward to December 22, 2019…. i gave birth to my 3rd son. No one knew i was pregnant … the hospital told me he was having trouble breathing an he needed to be transfered right away to a nieghboring hospital in apple valley to the NIC UNIT, RIGHT AWAY…. so like an idiot, i fell right into the trap, and signed to have him transferred. not even 30 hours after his birth, on Christmas eve at 11am a “social.worker” signed my son out of the hospital as parent / guardian. i have the hospital records. even though my son was having “severe breathing issues”. i never got to hold my son. no one told us anything, i had not even done any of the birth certificate paper work or anything. we where never served with a warrant, no case had been started yet. we thought he was just gone. fast forward to the weekend before COVID.. the last time we saw your two older boys, an the only time we saw orion he was 3 months old.. then COVID HIT, they cut off all communication with us an our sons. Then the care giver (their uncle) decided that he only wanted orion and threw our older boys in foster care without our knowledge. i have court documents and mintue orders showing the court held hearings for our case, during the manditory shut down of all courts. its extremely important to note, we have NEVER LOST OUR PARENTAL RIGHTS to any of our children. now three years goes by, not knowing where our two older boys where, no contact. no visits with orion. during this time i had moved to Arkansas, however the father took me out there an we spent the night together. i got pregnant with my first daughter. I am currently trying to fight a resisting arrest case which started almost a year ago in Bowie County Texas. It began with expired registration tag. I would not produce my I.D. to the officer and tried explaining that I was not engaged in a commercial activity. I asked for supervisor and next thing I knew I was being drug from my vehicle by two officers and taken downtown. I was stripped naked and put in a cell on suicide watch because I refused to be medically evaluated inside the jail. I finally seen the judge the next morning where he set a $5000 bond. I go out through a bonding company. I feel like I made the mistake of signing a nolo contender for the expired registration charge by the city municipality which I signed and paid my fee as one of the condition to get out. The resisting arrest and failure to I.D. got picked up by the county because it was a higher offense (I have tried FOIA request for body cam footage, but was told because of the other charges I could not have access). Before my first court date in July I filed and certified mailed to the judge, attorney, and clerk of the court a Quo Warrant-O, challenging jurisdiction. No one responded. Before my November court date I got the judges and all parties involved oaths of office and bond/insurance from the court clerk and filed them certified into the case. My November court date I spoke in court that there was not a valid claim and in which relief could be granted. The Charges that they are claiming that the state and district attorney have in the case is nothing more then hearsay. It basically says that a official for the police department is the affiant stating that what the arresting officer said “that I resisted arrest was true”. I did get a contempt of court charge for trying to read the judges oat on the record in the pre trial hearing. I I spent 6 Days in Jail for that one. On all of my Documents that I have ever signed I signed all rights reserved after every signature. I may have on a couple other documents wrote under duress and protest as well. So yesterday the 26th of February I went to my pre trial court date and stated for and on the record I do not understand the Nature and Cause of the Accusations with Regards to the elements of personal Jurisdiction, venue, and the nature of the action until the prosecution properly alleges them. I am unable to enter a plea to the charge, until I have had an opportunity to raise a meaningful defense against these elements. I cannot rebut an unstated presumption. I asked the judge if it was a civil or criminal action and I feel like I was real nervous and didn’t repeat it back to him until I got an answer from him. Long story short they did not dismiss the case and he set me up a trial date for the end of April plus he assigned a defense attorney for shadow council. *Note this whole time I have been representing my self and never hired attorney. When they arrested me for the contempt of court, someone assigned an attorney to me, but I fired him immediately. This is only my first real attempt of having to defend my myself at this level and feel that I have failed in many ways and think I am just missing a few things and some proper steps and could really use some direction. I just want it to go away, but at the same time empower me so to I can empower others to not be railroaded by the courts and have my/our rights infringed on. Maybe someone can provide helpful solutions that they have had success with, maybe similar situations.

Amitty Jade. i never went to the doctor in fear or cfs becoming aware of my pregnancy. i drove out to go see the father an figure out custody. i went into labor right after i arrived. i actually had her in the ambulance upon arrival to desert valley hospital ( same place orian was Born) again, my daughter was also “EXPERIENCING breathing issues” even though the mintue they put my name into the system … they took her immediately to another room an i could hear her screaming for almost two and a half hours at the top of her lungs. so she could breath just fine. i know it was a set up, but what else where my other options? so i sighed the transfer forms to NIC UNIT. they illegally held my daughter in nicu for 6 weeks, no court case started, no warrants, no award of temporary custody.. the care giver (same uncle) signed my daugher out of the hospital on MOTHER’S DAY 2021. as parent/guardian. again i have to paperwork to back up everything i say. never saw her again until she was 9 months old and only for 8, once a week for 2 hour visits. then never again. i went back to Arkansas, visited California few times ran into their father. got pregnant with my second daughter, Never… she was born 2/13/22. i got a phone call from my fathers nurse saying he wasent doing well. and i needed to come see him. i rushed to California, the stress must have triggered me, i went into labor, but this time.. i drove to the hospital with the NIC UNIT, st. marys in apple valley. thats where my two older boys where born… they never took my daughter from me. amazing she had no health issues… left her with me the whole time i was there. it was a sunday. no social workers. so i saw my window of opportunity and took it. me and my daughter, Never, we escpaed that hospital… cut off her gps tracker. had a ” friend ”
waiting in the parking lot for us and we where gone stopped at a near by gas station, where the father was waiting an me an never got in with him. the father had moved recently, no one knew where he lived. an after the first 3 days went by…we thought maybe we might be free. however on the 4th days a police office jumped his gate an knocked on the door, the back door was open, cop started to walk around the house and saw the father told him to open the front door. our “friend” told cfs where we where at. now the reason for the taking of my babies is “unresolved drug issues and cfs claimed my children right after birth tested positive for meth. however never had any drug test results for me… i have hospital records for orion stating he was never tested due to him being transferred.

October 15, 2022 my father died. i came back from Arkansas, only to deal with his final wishes and accounts ect.. only to find out his ex wife and my brother whom hasent talked to or seen our dad for 16 years prior to his death. well they both stole everything. 2017 camero, Harley Davidson, f150 super crew truck, everything in his garage, including the garage itself. lastly they took his 5th wheel trailer. also completely emptyed his storage, got the keys to his mail box. an filed a false 13101 affidavit to collect his retirement benifits. my father had signed over all the pink slips to me october 3, 2022 before he died. his will states i am his sole beneficiary, an specifically disinherts my brother…. they even stole his body! i still dont know what they did with my father… but, i degress thats a whole other can of worms. in 2022/2023 i was a witness for the grand jury in san Bernadino county. they finally contacted me about all the complaints i had filed 1 an 2 years prior. i gave them a copy of everything i had, all my evidence. At the end, Their official decision on what to do about CFS (children family services) was to ABOLISH IT… January 2 2023 my last child was born my son, gauge. same shit… “had breathing issues” needed to be transfered from victor valley hospital to st.. marys NICU. got to see him every day until January 12th when the same worker that signed out orion, signed out guage as parent/ guardian. havent seen him since. theres so much more, like the fact that they held 3.66 hearing (which is a permanentcy hearing) not a hearing to terminate parental rights. theres several case law stating a 3.66 hearing cannot terminate parental rights. there must be a petition filed first to terminate parental rights but inorder to petition for that, there must be an allegation of parental unfitness. you cannot have one without the other. however i have mintue orders from the court house located at 860 E gilbert st. in san Bernadino, ca that state my rights have been terminated. interestingly enough.. that exact court, is a judical court house with the authority to hear and make orders only on JUVENILE DELINQUENCY cases. the juvenile hall detention center is located across the street. the “juvenile dependency court” has no offical state seal of court stamp. i have made a piblic records request for proof that the court house located at 860 e gilbert street san Bernardino ca. is in fact a jucdical court house for juvenile dependency case as well as asked for proof of its official stamp. they state informed me they do not hold those revords and told me to contact the county. so i did, asked the same question. the county told me they do not hold those records and to ask the state. what i believe is, that they are informal Administrative hearings, that have the authority to hold their informal administrative hearings in any public forum they choose. i believe they chose to use the delinquency court house, as a way to trick parents into thinking this bullshit is real. when in reality, informal Administrative hearings are non judical and carry no wieght of law. its all make believe… i need your help. i want to try and end this bullshit. i have been alot of things in this life, however a bad mother was never one of those things. san Bernadino county CFS needs to be sued. someone could make a ton of money, an gid willing help our country from this monster working in the shadows, secretly destroying this county, starting with our children. please help me.
I attend a county commission meeting a couple of days ago. Of course was a public meeting in the State of Oregon. I requested to speak, however I did not feel inclined to give my full name and address. The reason I did this is my information was going to be public record. I felt this would be a violation of my 4th Amendment rights. The person taking the forms did not know how to respond to my request. So moments later another person came out who was the planning manager for the planning department. I told I did not feel compelled to make that information available to the public. She said that if I did not provide my personal information I was not allowed to speak. I told her that she by doing so had violated my 1st and 4th Amendment right. She them informed me that she had not violated my and that this information was required by the state of Oregon as a law. She asked me what I was going to present. She said that she would give the to the committee to then be placed on the record. So my concern is people are being forced to give protected information in a public setting that is recorded and therefore released to the public. Tyranny runs so deep and looking for a possible resolution to stop this tyranny. Also, for all I know is this bureaucrat, hired dictator just threw these papers away. Thank you for your time

Of course, I don’t think this would be possible without the fine men and women who’ve come before me and I have accomplished this feat. I wud love to ask you if it’s constitutionally legal when laws are written by a governor of a state, and passed by the legislature… specifically when a voter backed initiative is already passed on the topic, by the will Of the people but then the governor comes in and usurps that law by writing his own that is more stringent. As well in his law, he then passes rule making authority over to a department within the state gov, that begins adding more rules. To me that seem to be a sneaky underhanded way to pass a law that people have to adhere to that they don’t have to pass thru normal constitutional methods I.e our legislative branch. Is that even legal under our constitution? I’ve always wondered about this as I see governors writing laws which often usurp a law that’s already been dealt with on the issue.
Government elected and appointed by constitutional law must uphold, protect and defend the constitutional freedoms and rights of the people who have entrusted and empowered to govern as the people see fit in their lives. Instead legislation is passed enacting Acts, Codes, Statutes, Regulations that infringes on the very constitutional freedoms and rights of the people by the public servants. When they are confronted by those who they are to serve. With their legal authority over them. It is met with the defiant, combative, intimidating superior above the law retaliation. I myself have been kidnapped, extorted, denied constitutional, civil and human rights,imprisoned over minor civil violations. The judicial formalities for bringing criminal actions in tail a miriad of documents and protocols. Are intended to thwart any attempts to be held accountable. I had a gun case I had dismissed that ruined my life in 2019 and recently learned of the bonds I had on this case considering it was a felony indictment that I won in court. I have a right to recoup of the lost time, kidnapping charges for 55 hrs in county along with thousands of dollars spent in court I deserve recoupment. My name is Autumn, in Aug. of 2018 san Bernadino county CFS came to my house and stole my two older boys. took them, then left them alone all night… locked in the social workers office in the CFS building. they where 9 and 7 at the time. they had to knock on the window located on the office door to get yhe attention of the security guard in order for him to let them out an use the bathroom. The alligations at first, was i didnt take them to see their doctor, but since i actually had taken them the day they where stolen, and showed proof and signed doctors notes. when court came, they changed it to me and their father having “unresolved substance abuse issues” let be very clear, i, nor does the father of my children have a drug issue.. ever. they based this off of a charge that their father had been arrested for BEFORE they where born, it was for under the influence, that turned into a 10 year old warrant, he couldnt afford to pay $1000 for the class they said he had to do. as for me i was arrested once in my life before my children where born, i was 19 years old. i was arrested for theft, felony possession of a deadly weapon (butterfly knife) and possession of a “dangerous drug” (which was a lie). the weapon and drug possession where dropped and i was only charges with theft. i did two years probation, paid my fines and have never been in criminal trouble again. the father has never been arrested or in trouble either after his one time arrest. so they based their alligtion of “unresolved substance abuse issues ” based on something i was never actually charged with and a one time arrest of possession for their father. The “social worker” whom detained my boys did so with a fake warrant, she some how aquired it for victorville court house juvenile DELINQUENCY court. Which i still have. She also possesed no legal authority to take my two older boys. in California law says – only a licensed clinical socail worker (LCSW) or a peace office may detain a child from a parent. if they eye witnessed a crime (phsyical abuse , sexual abuse or neglect) the parent committed against the child or they have an eye witness with a written affidavit stating they witnessed the crime. now of course they dont fallow their own laws… fast forward to December 22, 2019…. i gave birth to my 3rd son. No one knew i was pregnant … the hospital told me he was having trouble breathing an he needed to be transfered right away to a nieghboring hospital in apple valley to the NIC UNIT, RIGHT AWAY…. so like an idiot, i fell right into the trap, and signed to have him transferred. not even 30 hours after his birth, on Christmas eve at 11am a “social.worker” signed my son out of the hospital as parent / guardian. i have the hospital records. even though my son was having “severe breathing issues”. i never got to hold my son. no one told us anything, i had not even done any of the birth certificate paper work or anything. we where never served with a warrant, no case had been started yet. we thought he was just gone. fast forward to the weekend before COVID.. the last time we saw your two older boys, an the only time we saw orion he was 3 months old.. then COVID HIT, they cut off all communication with us an our sons. No one knew i was pregnant … the hospital told me he was having trouble breathing an he needed to be transfered right away to a nieghboring hospital in apple valley to the NIC UNIT, RIGHT AWAY…. so like an idiot, i fell right into the trap, and signed to have him transferred. not even 30 hours after his birth, on Christmas eve at 11am a “social.worker” signed my son out of the hospital as parent / guardian. i have the hospital records. even though my son was having “severe breathing issues”. i never got to hold my son. no one told us anything, i had not even done any of the birth certificate paper work or anything. we where never served with a warrant, no case had been started yet. we thought he was just gone. fast forward to the weekend before COVID.. the last time we saw your two older boys, an the only time we saw orion he was 3 months old.. then COVID HIT, they cut off all communication with us an our sons. Then the care giver (their uncle) decided that he only wanted orion and threw our older boys in foster care without our knowledge. i have court documents and mintue orders showing the court held hearings for our case, during the manditory shut down of all courts. its extremely important to note, we have NEVER LOST OUR PARENTAL RIGHTS to any of our children. now three years goes by, not knowing where our two older boys where, no contact. no visits with orion. during this time i had moved to Arkansas, however the father took me out there an we spent the night together. i got pregnant with my first daughter. Amitty Jade. i never went to the doctor in fear or cfs becoming aware of my pregnancy. i drove out to go see the father an figure out custody. i went into labor right after i arrived. i actually had her in the ambulance upon arrival to desert valley hospital ( same place orian was Born) again, my daughter was also “EXPERIENCING breathing issues” even though the mintue they put my name into the system … they took her immediately to another room an i could hear her screaming for almost two and a half hours at the top of her lungs. so she could breath just fine. i know it was a set up, but what else where my other options? so i sighed the transfer forms to NIC UNIT. they illegally held my daughter in nicu for 6 weeks, no court case started, no warrants, no award of temporary custody.. the care giver (same uncle) signed my daugher out of the hospital on MOTHER’S DAY 2021. as parent/guardian. again i have to paperwork to back up everything i say. never saw her again until she was 9 months old and only for 8, once a week for 2 hour visits. then never again. i went back to Arkansas, visited California few times ran into their father. got pregnant with my second daughter, Never… she was born 2/13/22. i got a phone call from my fathers nurse saying he wasent doing well. and i needed to come see him. i rushed to California, the stress must have triggered me, i went into labor, but this time.. i drove to the hospital with the NIC UNIT, st. marys in apple valley. thats where my two older boys where born… they never took my daughter from me. amazing she had no health issues… left her with me the whole time i was there. it was a sunday. no social workers. so i saw my window of opportunity and took it. me and my daughter, Never, we escpaed that hospital… cut off her gps tracker. had a ” friend ”

At the end, Their official decision on what to do about CFS (children family services) was to ABOLISH IT… January 2 2023 my last child was born my son, gauge. same shit… “had breathing issues” needed to be transfered from victor valley hospital to st.. marys NICU. got to see him every day until January 12th when the same worker that signed out orion, signed out guage as parent/ guardian. havent seen him since. theres so much more, like the fact that they held 3.66 hearing (which is a permanentcy hearing) not a hearing to terminate parental rights. theres several case law stating a 3.66 hearing cannot terminate parental rights. there must be a petition filed first to terminate parental rights but inorder to petition for that, there must be an allegation of parental unfitness. you cannot have one without the other. however i have mintue orders from the court house located at 860 E gilbert st. in san Bernadino, ca that state my rights have been terminated. interestingly enough.. that exact court, is a judical court house with the authority to hear and make orders only on JUVENILE DELINQUENCY cases. the juvenile hall detention center is located across the street. the “juvenile dependency court” has no offical state seal of court stamp. i have made a piblic records request for proof that the court house located at 860 e gilbert street san Bernardino ca. is in fact a jucdical court house for juvenile dependency case as well as asked for proof of its official stamp. they state informed me they do not hold those revords and told me to contact the county. so i did, asked the same question. the county told me they do not hold those records and to ask the state. what i believe is, that they are informal Administrative hearings, that have the authority to hold their informal administrative hearings in any public forum they choose. i believe they chose to use the delinquency court house, as a way to trick parents into thinking this bullshit is real. when in reality, informal Administrative hearings are non judical and carry no wieght of law. its all make believe… i need your help. i want to try and end this bullshit. i have been alot of things in this life, however a bad mother was never one of those things. san Bernadino county CFS needs to be sued. someone could make a ton of money, an gid willing help our country from this monster working in the shadows, secretly destroying this county, starting with our children. cps workers get huge bonuses to take an keep kids in the system. i have spent the last 6 years of my life researching an have tons of documentation. please help me.
I am currently trying to fight a resisting arrest case which started almost a year ago in Bowie County Texas. It began with expired registration tag. I would not produce my I.D. to the officer and tried explaining that I was not engaged in a commercial activity. I asked for supervisor and next thing I knew I was being drug from my vehicle by two officers and taken downtown. I was stripped naked and put in a cell on suicide watch because I refused to be medically evaluated inside the jail. I finally seen the judge the next morning where he set a $5000 bond. I go out through a bonding company. I feel like I made the mistake of signing a nolo contender for the expired registration charge by the city municipality which I signed and paid my fee as one of the condition to get out. The resisting arrest and failure to I.D. got picked up by the county because it was a higher offense (I have tried FOIA request for body cam footage, but was told because of the other charges I could not have access). Before my first court date in July I filed and certified mailed to the judge, attorney, and clerk of the court a Quo Warrant-O, challenging jurisdiction. No one responded. Before my November court date I got the judges and all parties involved oaths of office and bond/insurance from the court clerk and filed them certified into the case. My November court date I spoke in court that there was not a valid claim and in which relief could be granted. The Charges that they are claiming that the state and district attorney have in the case is nothing more then hearsay. It basically says that a official for the police department is the affiant stating that what the arresting officer said “that I resisted arrest was true”. I did get a contempt of court charge for trying to read the judges oat on the record in the pre trial hearing. I I spent 6 Days in Jail for that one. On all of my Documents that I have ever signed I signed all rights reserved after every signature. I may have on a couple other documents wrote under duress and protest as well. So yesterday the 26th of February I went to my pre trial court date and stated for and on the record I do not understand the Nature and Cause of the Accusations with Regards to the elements of personal Jurisdiction, venue, and the nature of the action until the prosecution properly alleges them. I am unable to enter a plea to the charge, until I have had an opportunity to raise a meaningful defense against these elements. I cannot rebut an unstated presumption. I asked the judge if it was a civil or criminal action and I feel like I was real nervous and didn’t repeat it back to him until I got an answer from him. Long story short they did not dismiss the case and he set me up a trial date for the end of April plus he assigned a defense attorney for shadow council. *Note this whole time I have been representing my self and never hired attorney. When they arrested me for the contempt of court, someone assigned an attorney to me, but I fired him immediately. This is only my first real attempt of having to defend my myself at this level and feel that I have failed in many ways and think I am just missing a few things and some proper steps and could really use some direction. I just want it to go away, but at the same time empower me so to I can empower others to not be railroaded by the courts and have my/our rights infringed on. Maybe someone can provide helpful solutions that they have had success with, maybe similar situations.

I attend a county commission meeting a couple of days ago. Of course was a public meeting in the State of Oregon. I requested to speak, however I did not feel inclined to give my full name and address. The reason I did this is my information was going to be public record. I felt this would be a violation of my 4th Amendment rights. The person taking the forms did not know how to respond to my request. So moments later another person came out who was the planning manager for the planning department. I told I did not feel compelled to make that information available to the public. She said that if I did not provide my personal information I was not allowed to speak. I told her that she by doing so had violated my 1st and 4th Amendment right. She them informed me that she had not violated my and that this information was required by the state of Oregon as a law. She asked me what I was going to present. She said that she would give the to the committee to then be placed on the record. So my concern is people are being forced to give protected information in a public setting that is recorded and therefore released to the public. Tyranny runs so deep and looking for a possible resolution to stop this tyranny. Also, for all I know is this bureaucrat, hired dictator just threw these papers away. Thank you for your time
