Throughout history, mankind has had but one pursuit, Power. The power to control others. While politicians have always been skillful in disseminating half-truths, twisted facts, misleading statements and out and out fabrications masquerading as facts, we are living at a time in which those same people, who derive their powers from the consent of the governed are now openly and notoriously violating their oaths of office, the laws of this country, and our unalienable rights in malfeasance. Ronald Reagan once said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in American where men were free.” We cannot let that happen. STEP 1: Deliver the Proposed Indictment To County Prosecutors The proposed indictment that we are providing is the evidence necessary for your county prosecutor to file a mass tort claim in the name of We the People and expose the crimes against humanity. By providing every county prosecutor in America with this evidence, We the People set off a coordinated, nation-wide criminal investigation into these crimes against humanity. If any county prosecutors fail to initiate a criminal investigation, We the People shall hold them criminally and civilly liable for their complacency of ignoring the mass genocide plaguing America and the world and we shall pursue their indemnity bonds. Begin by selecting between whether you would like to file the complaint anonymously or formally. If You Want to File the Complaint Anonymously, Start Here Download and print the proposed indictment. Enter the county prosecutor’s county, state, and full name Make a copy for your records. Go to your county courthouse with others in your community and deliver it to the county prosecutor’s office. *PLEASE NOTE: Have the prosecutor’s office either sign or stamp a receipt verifying they have taken chain of custody of the criminal evidence. Print a copy of The COVID19 Fauci Dossier (205 pages) and give it to the county prosecutor along with your complaint. If the office is closed and/or people need to leave, please collect the documents and be sure to deliver them to the county prosecutor’s office. Please collect photos and videos of the crowd. Formal Proposed Indictment Fauci Dossier STEP 2: Follow-Up with County Prosecutors Please continue to serve your Prosecuting Attorney if you were not able to last week. If you cannot physically deliver your Anonymous Criminal Complaint or Formal Criminal Complaint, please send it registered mail with return receipt. The county Prosecutor is required to give evidence of a crime and hand it over to the county Sheriff. The county Sheriff has the authority to call a grand jury or he may send the evidence back to the county Prosecutor and the Prosecutor may call a grand jury. Once the grand jury hands back an indictment, the county Judge will then sign a warrant and turn it over to the county Sheriff to execute. After one week’s time from submitting your complaint, make a phone call and contact your county Prosecutor and ask what they have done to facilitate an indictment against the accused. If your Prosecuting Attorney tries to pass the buck, make excuses or claim they have no jurisdiction then send them the Letter from We the People. For those that have cowered and have been unwilling to uphold their oath, they have betrayed the public trust and are warring against the American people. We must hold them accountable. The way to do that is to obtain the county prosecutor’s oath of office and indemnity bond by filing a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act 1976) with the county courthouse. You may also find it at the State Treasurer’s office or the Secretary of State’s office. You will find the information necessary to obtain the county prosecutors’ oath of office and indemnity bonds below. “Freedom of Information” request instructions. Anything in a red font should be changed to black font. Remove the word “Date” and enter the Month, Day, and Year. Enter the Certificate Mailing Number (A certificate of mailing provides evidence that you sent an item when you say you did) We recommend mailing registered mail with a return receipt, so you have evidence that they received your document. Remove the words Name, Address, City, State, Zip, then enter your Name, Address, City, State, Zip. Specify which office you are sending it to: Secretary or Treasurer then delete the other office. After the word Greetings, enter the name of the person in charge of the Legal Affairs Division. (You will either need to look this up on the internet or call them) Where it says Printed Name you will print your full name. If you are mailing the FOIA and getting it notarized, you will need to sign in front of the Notary where it says Signature. If you are not mailing it then delete everything under your signature and delete the Certificate of Mailing # in black at the top right.
