Create an Affidavit

How to Create an Affidavit

Fill out an Affidavit of Truth against your Employer, Business, Governor, any corrupt Public Servant including School Superintendents or anyone who is violating your unalienable rights. Give them 14 days to rebut. Once you have followed the Affidavit Process and served all 3 unrebutted Affidavits, file with the District or County Court Clerk and request a hearing for a summary judgment

to provide evidence that they tacitly agreed by not responding. An unrebutted Affidavit stands as fact in court.

Send a Notarized Copy via Registered Mail with Return Receipt to the Public Servant

You may also hire a process server, but is more expensive than USPS Once the 14 days have passed and they tacitly agreed by not responding, send Affidavit #2 and follow the steps in the Affidavit 101 Video.
