As a customer, you must be aware that the Constitution is a contract between “We the People” and the government that we created. We ONLY delegated LIMITED powers to OUR government to protect our unalienable rights. No government has the authority to violate the Constitution and no business has the authority to violate the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

Keep several copies of the Notice of Discrimination in your automobile and on your person and have it ready to fill out.

When you enter an establishment and an Employee or Business Owner demands proof of Covid19 vaccination, that you wear a mask or asks for ANY of your personal health information or you feel threatened …

• Start Recording on your phone and hand them your Notice of Discrimination and ask for their business card or begin writing down their name, title, date, location, and time of day.
• Ask them ” Is it your intention to discriminate against me?” “
• Tell them “I do not have to lawfully provide any personal information because I have a right to privacy.”
• Tell them “I am aware that you are only here to do your job but I am WARNING you to not proceed any further, you are attempting to deprive me of my rights under the color of law and are also committing a crime and an act of domestic terrorism by attempting to intimidate or coerce me.”
• Tell them “If you persist in denying me access then I will have no other choice that to file a Discrimination suit against you and your business because your policies are in clear violation of well-established law.”
• Quote this “Marbury v. Madison (1803) Anything repugnant to the Constitution is no law, has no force of law and can be ignored!”

IF THEY CONTINUE TO BREAK THE LAW, CALL YOUR COUNTY SHERIFF IMMEDIATELY.

• 1st Amendment: provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
• 4th Amendment: protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.
• 14th Amendment: Shall not deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
• Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990: Protects the health of anyone who has a medical condition and that contradicts the wearing of a mask.
• Civil Rights Act of 1964: Outlaws discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
